Due the closing of all Florida Public schools  all Athletic events including practices are cancelled until 3/30/2020. Please look out for schedule changes and make up dates.

The Lady Tigers of the lacrosse team was defeated by Colonial High on Tuesday, March 3rd, 21-1. It could have been a bigger deficit had it not been for their goalie, senior La’Nissa Bush. She had just as many blocks, if not more than what Colonial had scored; making her the Tiger of the Game.

Boys lacrosse played a great offensive game against Colonial High school. The tigers finished the night with their first win of season 10-2.

The Lady Tigers went to Seminole High on Friday, February 28th. The girls showed great heart with senior La’Nissa Bush stepping in as goalie since the first season. She stopped many of the Lady Noles shots but it wasn’t enough to pull out a win; 21-1. Junior Willow Walker was the Tiger of the Game

The girls basketball team played a tough Hertiage team on Tuesday night. Heritage came out on fire to open with 3 made 3 pointers. Jones’ Coach Harold Jacobs was forced to use 3 time outs early in the 1st quarter in attempts to kill Heritage’s momentum.   The lady tigers trailed majority of the game

The Lady Tigers of the lacrosse team visited the Lady Warriors of West Orange. It was the first-ever match-up between the two. Vanessa Marcellus, senior, made her debut as a goalie. She was praised for her ability to move her feet by the opposing team. However, she was unsuccessful in stopping the Lady Warriors, 17-0.

The Tigers came out the first quarter on fire out scoring their opponent, Leesburg High School, 9 to 0 the first quarter. Leesburg slowly worked their way back into the game taking the lead 21-20 at the half. Tigers went into the second half with the same fire power they started the first quarter. The
